Any news on the next Free Hack or the MDRG point system?

Was this issue of Free Hack with the MDRG point sytem released ?
I've only stated playing yesterday, and I've only been able to find Free Hack 1-3

So far, I am not impressed with the point system (certainly it creates too powerful characters at 300 points). I have asked Ray if he can create a point calculator just like he did for our other games, we'll see.
