I was toying with armoured transports the other day.
Since the Armoured trait makes them immune to anything that hasn't got an AT value or the Piercing trait, they also become immune to grenades, is that correct?
Am I also right in assuming the passengers count as crew when it comes under fire (i.e. they're forced to check on Quality not to abandon the vehicle if beaten on even number, forced to leave the battlefield on Out of Action and killed on Explosion)?

I'm not M.Jones but I think grenades are anti personnal weapons so no effect on armoured vehicules (except throwed through an open hatch).
And yes (IMHO), passengers count as crew for test results Explosion but the two others, if you were a soldier, would you leave your transport without an explicit order (=you heard some bullets shocks on side armor)? They leave the transport if crew told them to do or if crew are knocked down.

Grenades have no effect unless the apc is open topped like a 251. If forced to take a test then the passengers are included.

and how can isay when the apc is open topped?
i mean, is it only a matter of shape of the model? so there are no differences in points between an opened topped and a closed one?
and is there any difficulty check for centering the top ov the vehicle?

Looking at the model might help Combat system for throwing already factors that in - you put target point on the open top and see what happens to it. If you don't like the rules fair enough play something else but I really haven't the time or inclination to answer questions that are plain enough in the rules.

If you don't like the rules fair enough play something else wait, first you should think that there are people who bought your rules, trusting on the exaustiveness of the explanations. of course, for the extremely cheap cost of the rules i don't expect a full service of help (i know that you are busy, so i just ask for a far future), but i find pretty unfair the mood you answer at the questions: those are not obvious point to me and to many many other players who effectively play the game and ask in this forum. and you should note that there is not written anywhere about the top of the tanks (which should effectively change the cost of them, since a open one is vulnerable to all the direct hit of grenades), so it is possible that someone different from you can think about it. i do not pretend to have answer to everything, and if you find annoying that a player and customer ask you about unclear rules (to him and his friends, i'm not the last dumb there) i will not ask you anything more. i'm lucky that the next game is planned in a few weeks, so i will have time to ask with the others and choose some rules to complete the set. i simply find it unprofessional. cheers, Jack

Anger detector WARNING ! ;D In H&M, I understand that grenades affects only non "ARMOURED" vehicles ("land rover"i.e. but non "up armoured Humvee") as IED (who counts as grenades). Then it is said that passengers bail out WHEN crew does (result of fire taken with firer score won on even dice), without taking any morale check. (when firer double the target score, everyone bail out < vehicle is wrecked) Passengers aren't aware of the exterior in their armoured blind cage, so don't check morale, crew does and lead their reactions.
