I thought the C modifiers for shooting was -2 for doubled range and -4 for tripled range.
However I've notice a few people talk about the modifiers as though they were only -1 and -2. For example Beer Ogre said his steam hulks were on C3 from C5 at extreme range.
Obviously this make a big difference to shooters. Has there been a change I don't know about?
