A attacks B in Hand to Hand combat. Both roll 1d6+combat factor, got it. If A scores lower as the attacker can A fall in his round? Or only when attacked? Can A be killed in the round as the attacker?
Sorry for the newb questions! We played the first couple of games with the understanding that only the defender could suffer adverse combat effects in the attackers round. Then we read more carefully and just hadda ask!

Combat is simultaneous in SBH. The attacker can be killed on his turn in combat.
