Heavy armor point adjustment

I could swear that in the Yahoo group there was a discussion of "heavy armor's" point cost being adjusted to 3 from 5 since it was considered overcosted, although I can't find any posts to this effect. I even remember Andrea stating that this point change should be errated. The Java calculator still shows 5, but should it be 3, or is my age beginning to affect my memory?

You are right, we just forgot to update the builder. It is 3. I hope I remember to0 clarify this in the next free hack.
