What would be the point cost

What would be a reasonable point cost for a gas mask ?
I have a lot of figures with gas masks and we plan to use riot gas/cs gas in some scenarios

For a character who would have easy access for example the cops using the gas then 1 point. For a character who would have to 'aquire' it then I'd say 5 points.

As for gas itself then use the normal grenade rules but everyone within a short would count as 'shaken'.
