This came up while my daughter and I were playing today. My leader was killed and so my cowardly warband had to make morale checks. Most of them started to run away. But, the leader was also the 4th casualty out of my eight member warband, so I had them all roll a SECOND morale check after the first for losing half my warband. Did I go overboard? If the two coincide do you just make one check?

Yes, you make two moral checks.
The most common way to lose a game is "cascading moral failure".

Thanks. I managed to stay in the game, and even force her to make a morale roll of her own, but that was just delaying the inevitable. Her dragon stuck around and cleaned up.
