Opponent activation, I loose my Leader = immediately have to test with all my models during the test I loose some more models out of the table and this bring my squad under 50% : a second immediate test mean 100% game lost because 2 succeeding route move...is it correct? I think indeed that I have to test twice for sure but I don't know exactly when and how. If I don't test twice something is broken...my opponent just tested for under 50% and in the next turn for the leader ... perhaps I will test the second time during the next opponent activation phase also without any other loss? Morale rule is perfect for small (5-6 models) band/gang/party, thinking at SOBH, where is true, a real Leader can change the things but in modern or sci.fi this one is a lot less important or out, and also in bigger game I think we need something different...I don't know, I'm not so comfortable with the Morale rule at 1000 points modern setting

The Leader in a modern game (esp bigger ones) should be away from the action and probably using the longer command radius given by personal role radios etc ... that way he doesn't get taken out. In smaller modern games, with good quality troops, we don't take leaders, just NCOs.
The morale tests occur when the situation which sets them off happens ... Leader lost - test- down to 50% test etc - this may well happen in the same turn.
Like I say in bigger games your Leader if you want one should be away from the action, like a platoon leader. If it is a 'insurgent' type force you give them abilities to make them better at the morale test if they are religious nuts etc.
