I figured that I could use some comments/suggestions for the campaign as it is now.. Better get other ideas in before we set the campaign on the table
So here it is - the background and some rules and some terrain considerations.
Comments, critics and suggestions are more than welcome..

HELLSPAWN CAMPAIGN
Background:
-------------------
A less competent magic user tried to conjure a demon in order to control it to serve his own purposes. Unfortunately the conjuring succeeded but the control part didn't.
The demon burst forth from the depths of the underworld, devouring the magic user as it entered the world. Still lacking power in the this realm the demon
has kept close to the intial site of conjuring while it has been gaining strenght and summoning a few lesser minions to do its biddings.
But now to gain more strength fresh blood is needed and the surroundings have been encountering small bands of minions kidnapping kids and women and weak men.
Furthermore there is a small shrine near the village. It's religious powers helps keep the demon at a reduce strength, lately monks and villagers have seen more and more hellspawn
scouting the area - an attack on the shrine may be imminent.
The local village has assembled a small warband that is to hunt down and kill the demonspawn. A wizard(priest?) has been brought in as well - it is his task to
send the demon and its spawn back the netherworlds and then close the gate so the area once again can be safe.
Warbands:

Limits and requirements:
- max 300 pts worth of warband
- minimum 1 leader
- personalities may only take up 1/3 of the warband price (we might need to hack this in order for the main demon to appear on table.

One or more figures with a torch must stack a total of 9 quality successes on the shrine in order to set it fully ablaze.
UNUSED SO FAR:
The shrine has a base flammability of 4+
The Shrine MUST be destroyed - use collapse rule on SWW:pg14.

Banishing the demon
-------------------------------------------------------
Magic user/priest spending x turns banishing.. In total 9 quality successes must be put on the portal to close it and send the hellspawn back to their own world
UNUSED SO FAR:
The spawnpoint has a base banishing value of 4+

Dwellings : Dungeon style..
Moving about the map:
The first battle starts in the neutral forrest area. Depending on who wins the battle will either shift to the left or to the right.
Just winning the Village/Dwellings area will not necessarily lead to either the Shrine/Spawn area - perhaps certain conditions
needs to be fulfilled first.
Map details:
Spawn area - this is the place where the wizard conjured the demon. The center of interest here is the exact circle of conjuring. This will be made
as a magic circle with the terrain broken as if something entered from beneath. Outside the circle large stone pillars will look burned and charred.
