If you are familiar with the old FASERIP statting system used in the first and second edition Marvel SuperHeroes (basic and advanced) roleplaying game (currently available as free PDF downloads), you may notice that it is easy to convert FASERIP ranks to PL Levels.
up to Good= PL1
Excellent = PL2
Remarkable = PL3
Amazing= PL 4
Monstrous= PL 5
Unearthly = PL6
additional ranks simply signify the use of Fate points.
This will NOT work in all cases. After all, FASERIP was invented for a RPG and PL is a miniatures game. It will be unnecessary to port some powers and others may be represented by non-levelled abilities. Experiment!
